Lemon-Thyme Sauce

A lemon thyme sauce is like sunshine in liquid form — bright, silky, and just herby enough to make you feel fancy. Fresh lemon juice and zest combo brings the punch, thyme adds that earthy whisper of sophistication, and a touch of butter ties it all together in a glossy hug. Drizzle it over grilled fish, pork, roasted chicken, or a crispy schnitzel and watch everything suddenly taste like it belongs in a Paris bistro — minus the pretension and plus a little swagger.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs/ 13g Garlic (minced)
  • 3 Tbs/ 20g Shallots (minced)
  • 1 Tbs Fresh Thyme (chopped)
  • 3 Tbs Unsalted Butter
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1/2 Tbs All Season Banger
  • 3 Tbs Parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 Cup Chiecken/Veggie Stock
  • 1/2 Cup Heavy Cream

Directions

  1. In a pan melt 3 Tbs of butter over medium heat. Once butter is melted add garlic and shallots, cook for 3 minutes to sweat down and soften. Add Lemon zest and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Add stock and let it reduce for 3 minutes, add heavy whipping cream, lemon juice, Banger seasoning, Thyme and Parsley to the party.
  3. Reduce until it coats the back of a spoon and boom... Sauce is DONE! Wasnt that super easy?
