• 200g / 1 Cup Ribeye Steak
  • 40g / 3 Tbs Minced Shallots
  • 8g / 1 Tbs Chopped Capers
  • 10g / 1 Tbs Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 3 Tbs Chopped Parsley
  • 2g / 1.5 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 Egg Yolk
  • 2-3 Steak Chips
  • 1 Baguette


  1. Put Steak in freezer to firm up so its easier to cut
  2. Once steak is firm cut into 1/4 inch planks. ( don't use super fatty pieces)
  3. half the planks lengthwise 
  4. Cut small cubes from halved planks and put in bowl.
  5. Cut baguette into slices, toss in olive oil and salt.
  6. Bake baguette slices at 375 for 9 minutes. 
  7. Small dice shallots and put in bowl with cubed meat
  8. Chop capers & parsley and add to bowl
  9. Add Egg Yolk, Spicy Brown Mustard and salt to bowl.
  10. Mix all ingredients together and transfer to serving dish
  11. Take bread out of the oven and wait until it cools down a bit (it was in the oven so its gonna be kinda hot..know what im sayin??
  12. Shove it in your mouth and ENJOY!!!!
