Bama White Sauce

Meet the Sauce That Doesn’t Play Nice.

Our Alabama White Sauce ain’t your grandma’s BBQ dip—unless she was a pitmaster with a gold tooth and a don’t-mess-with-me attitude. Creamy, tangy, and jacked up with our signature Banger Seasoning, this sauce brings a bold slap of heat, smoke, and Southern swagger to anything it touches.

Slather it on smoked chicken, dunk your brisket, drizzle it on grilled veggies—hell, pour it on a breakfast sandwich if you’re feeling reckless. This is the South with a twist. This is white sauce gone wild.

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Worcestershire 
  • 2 Tbsp Horseradish
  • 2 Tbsp Banger Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Carolina Gold Mustard (see Recipe)
  • 1.2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Juice of 1 Lemon

Directions

  1. Place all ingredents in a bowl and whisk well to incorpotate. 
  2. pour in jar and cover for up to 3 weeks in frig
