Cesar Dressing

Alright, let’s talk about Caesar dressing – the saucy, creamy icon that can make even a pile of romaine feel like it’s doing something with its life. But here’s the deal – not everyone’s about that anchovy life. Some folks want that big Caesar energy without the fishy whisper of the sea. Fear not, my crouton-loving comrades, because I’ve got you covered

Ingredients

  • 1 Egg Yolk (18g)
  • 1 Cup (192g) Neutral Oil
  • 3 Cloves (20g) Minced Garlic
  • 1 Tbsp (8g) Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) Carolina Gold Mustard
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) Worsteshire Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp (14g) Banger Seasoning
  • Zest and Juice of half a Lemon

Directions

  1. Mince garlic very fine, you almost want to turn it into a paste.
  2. In a bowl, add Egg Yolk, Garlic, Vinegar, Mustard, W Sauce, Banger and lemon juice. Whisk well to incorporate all ingredients.
  3. With a damp towel make a well for your bowl to sit in so it doesnt move while you stream in the oil.
  4. Slowly add oil while continusly whisking. If you add the oil to fast your dressing will seperate and look like what happens when oil mixes with water, just take your time. This isnt a race. Youll get it.
  5. Pour dressing into container and store in frig for up to 3 weeks! Boooyahhhh!
  6. Write a review and let us know what you think.
